   I have a site on 1and1. I have permalinks set to 'Day and name' and have updated the .htaccess to force PHP5 in 1and1.com.

   But, now some pages show, others do not. For example, Our Practice and FAQ shows but the rest do not.

   The other issue I see is that I do have a error page setup, why wouldn't this page show? For example http://www.hamiltonvein.com/veindisorders/ gives me the right missing error, but the page that is setup, http://www.hamiltonvein.com/vein-disorders/ does not show the error.

   Can anyone help with this?

   I still get an error page when I visit http://www.hamiltonvein.com/vein-disorders/

   It looks like the right one as it's the same as http://www.hamiltonvein.com/veindisorders/. Not sure what you're asking...

   http://www.hamiltonvein.com/vein-disorders/ does exist in WordPress but I get a generic 404 error (you'll notice the page is in the navigation).

   http://www.hamiltonvein.com/veindisorders does not exist in WordPress but gives the right error page.

   For now, I need to know why the pages that do exist are not showing (specifically /vein-disorders, /vein-treatments, and /contact.
