   Hi, I just moved from one Host to another.
   I exported everything except wp_options from my old host and imported them to the new host after dropping all tables except wp_options.
   Now everything is wonderful but one thing: When I add a new page, it doesnt appear in the "page parent" list when I add another page.

   Yo should have followed the instructions that says export/import EVERYTHING - including the wp-options table, and modify only the site_url and home values if it is a new domain.

   the problem is, the new blog has other plugins etc. That's why I can't overwrite the whole wp_options table. Can I work around the problem by importing a few rows of the wp_options or is the only solution importin the whole wp_options table and reinstalling all plugins and reconfiguring everything?
