   I have created pages that display on the nav bar. My permalink structure is custom: /%catagory%/%postname%/. The url's for the pages on the nav buttons is the same as what I set when I created the pages. Yet most of the pages I've created (except for the nested pages under a parent) display NOT FOUND when I click the nav button to go to the page. My saved pages for editing pull up the content I saved. I have an .htaccess file and it contains the code it should.

   WHAT THE HECK IS WRONG?

   It may be just a typo in your post, but 'category' is spelled 'catagory'.
