Pages Bug

I’ve encountered a weird bug that displays more pages in categories than there should be. Eg. This Category has 5 pages when there is actually only 2 pages of content. So pages 3, 4 & 5 just get 404s.

I can’t for the life of me work out why it is doing this. Help?
