Is there a way to make my mobile page one size and my site page a different size? I imagine there must be but I am still learning so I am not exactly sure how.

I am using a responsive theme. I just need to tell it to set the page width for the mobile to be different than the regular page width. I’m not sure exactly how to do that tho.
