Page/Post Editor

After I installed my wordpress, I went to add a page in the WP Admin. The only problem is my RTE isn’t working. I can type in text and it will create a page fine, but the visual and HTML ‘bars’ underneath (with the bold, underline, etc buttons) are not showing up. Also, Visual is not working at all; as soon as I go to the page it shows only HTML. So basically I can only work in HTML and can do nothing else.

This leads me to believe that there is something wrong with the JS. What files in particular should I be looking at to fix the problem? Is there something else that might be causing this?

BTW, I know it isn’t the browser. I use FF3 but I tried IE7 as well, and that doesn’t work for my admin tool.

Any help would be strongly appreciated. 😀
