    At first I thought it was just with copy/paste but if I type any substantial amount of page content I can't get the page to successfully update :(

    I have tried ALL the suggestions in this post here: http://wordpress.org/support/topic/page-wont-update-after-copy-paste?replies=9

    * Deactivating plugins
    * Switching to default theme
    * Resetting plugins folder
    * Reuploading new copies of wp-admin and wp-includes

    I don't use a caching plugin so not sure why else it stopped working :( not sure when it stopped either as I haven't updated anything on that site for a while!

    It's a multisite install and since there are other sites on the network I don't think a clean slate is possible

    Ellen. I'm having a similar issue. Were you ever able to resolve it? If so, how?

    Thanks!

    I did resolve it but I can't remember what was causing the issue, I think it may have been one of the plugins in the end, sorry it was a while ago.

    After some extensive research, I found that the problem was due to my web hosting server's ModSecurity firewall in Apache module. It appears that WP 3.5 is a bit too sensitive with security. Anyway, all I had to do was to contact my hosting service and they went into the account and made the adjustment.

    Hope this helps others that are experiencing this problem. (BTW, if you're having problems with your hosting service, I recommend Westhost.com.)
