Page won't update.

    I have a single page on my website which won’t update in any way – all that’s on it is some text, some openbook links, and some images.

    I’ve tried to add text, delete the images, delete the ob links etc, but when I preview changes, it doesn’t account for any changes I make and when I update it just reverts to how it currently is. Other pages on the website update no problem.

    I haven’t updated this page since October 2011 so I guess it happened sometime between then and now.

    I’ve updated everything I can so everything is the newest version.

    Any ideas? Many thanks for your help.

    What happens if you delete the page, empty your Trash and then try re-creating it?

    Is the page using a custom page template?

    I’m using the 2010 Theme 1.3

    I don’t really want to delete the page without backing it up so I created a new page, copied and pasted across the content of the first and saved it (no problem with any of that). Then I tried the same again with the new page – adding text etc, and the same issue arose – it wont save any of the changes.

    If you think deleting the page as you say above and starting again will have a different effect then I’ll try that, but it just requires a little more work as I’d need to source the photos again…

    Deleted page. Emptied trash. Retried completely afresh. Get the first book linked in perfectly. add some text and its all good. Second book won’t save in (it is linked correctly as I can previe the book to make sure ISBN is correct. Tried with other books and same issue.

    Any ideas? Is it likely to be an openbook issue or a wordpress issue?
