Page won't load with hidden form

    I have my shortcode set up as follows:
    [email-download download_id=”7516, 7518″ contact_form_id=”7515″ checked=”no” hidden_form=”yes”]

    This causes the page not to display, but the header still displays with a white gap where the wordpress toolbar would be, and a blank page underneath. When I switch hidden_form to “no” it renders fine.
