The site I'm working on (www.anakhacoman.com/wordpress) loads in FF, but not in IE (I get a message reading "Internet Explorer cannot display the webpage).

It works fine for me in IE8 & IE 7. However, you could start by sorting out the markup errors. Then move onto the CSS errors.
