   Hi, how can I create a page (that appears in the tab/menù) with categories list (like the widget) in the content of that page?

   Hey,

   Create a page, go to appearance > menus and make sure that Automatically add new top-level pages is ticked and install this plugin - http://wordpress.org/extend/plugins/list-category-posts/ , then you can use the shortcodes to display the categories
