Page wite after update

Hi

After an upgrade of my theme then becomes part white and no thing works. What should I do?

Got up this with: Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 67108864 bytes exhausted (tried to allo-cate 72 bytes) in / storage/content/69/100069/myabdllife.com/public_html/wp-includes/meta.php on line 571

Seems to get this error even with a plug. Because when I change the plugin folder, everything works. Then when I change it back then change the folder from plugin2 to the plug, then plug-up then shortly there after that message pops up that I mentioned above.

Anyone got any idea?
