    This is my blog. This is the permalink to the first entry.

    Can anyone tell me
    A) What is causing it to be so much wider in the permalink.
    and
    B) How to fix it.

    I figure it must have to do w/ either the comments dialogue box or the ordered list, but either way I don’t see the problem when I look myself.

    I’m running version 2.0.1 and a modified WordPress Classic Theme 1.5 by Dave Shea.

    Changing the value of

    <I>#commentform textarea {width: 95%;}</i>

    has no effect on the problem. The pop-up box is working fine.

    TIA!

    Haven’t looked real closely yet, but I’m pondering the “cols” attribute here:

    <textarea name="comment" id="comment" cols="420" rows="10" tabindex="4">

    Oh – to fix that, see if your theme has a comments.php and look in there for that textarea.

    That seems to have done the trick. Thanks!

    I had to take the col value way, way down, but it worked.

    Most excellent — Happy blogging!
