Page Width - Adjust Size (3 posts)

    How can I modify the page width for all pages of my site? I have modified the preferred layout style to see if that would make a difference, but when I tried both no sidebars and full width, the site page size never changed. It's currently almost taking up the entire screen on my laptop, so you can hardly see the background image and I just wanted it decreased by a little bit.

    Thanks so much for any help you can give!

    Use the following css to edit the width of your content area. The percent is a percent of your browser window. You can change it to be pixels or always keep it a percent.

    .page-template-template-no-sidebars-php #wrapper,
    .page-template-template-blog-no-sidebars-php #wrapper,
    .page-template-template-portfolio-no-sidebars-php #wrapper {
    	max-width: 80%;
    }

    Cheers!

    Hi Paul, I have the same problem.
    I'm using the Theme Cheope. I would like to reduce the width of every page to match the width of my home page slider , which i believe it's 900px.
    I tried to change couple of things on the css but i only messed things up.
    this is the website : http://theqabinet.com/wp-admin/theme-editor.php?file=style.css&theme=cheope
    Also how can I centre my logo image?At the moment it looks like if it's centred only because i added a white space on the image itself.
    Any help will be very much appreciated!
    Thanks
    Alessia
