Page to List All Posts in Category

I have spent several hours online searching for my answer. I have also spent more time trying to hack together PHP but alas I have had no luck.

I run ominousmoo.com and I have a podcast. I would like to have a page in wordpress that will list all of the posts in the “podcast” category as well as a description of my podcast above. I want to write a page template that will do this for me.

Basically I want this to list it’s current contents as well as the posts listed here.

Please let me know if you have ANY idea/help/suggestions. Thanks!!!
