   Hi,

   I have re-arranged my site and changed my home page and along with it my primary keyword. However when I get my new home page up in the tabs at the top of the screen (not sure what these are called sorry) it still shows the old description. Is there any way I can change this to read something else please?

   I hope that makes sense.

   do you mean where it says "Management and Exercises for Osteoarthritis" ?

   Thanks for replying. Yes I do. In the little page description where Google tells me what page I am on.
