I would like to remove a page title (from that page) BUT, I still want to make in visible in the admin (say for the purpose of sorting pages by there page name.
Is there a plug-in for this, or if not how would I do this?

Try hiding the page title using CSS.

And after I viewed your reply, it hit me that I just had one of those moments where you realize on how stupid question that was! you know what i mean?
