page title not showing right

    Hey,

    Im currently using the <?php the_title(); ?> to automatically bring up the page name on the page, as seen here

    But when i click portfolio, its showing the posts title in the title area. Its also doing this on the search results page. Is there anyway to sort this out so its showing the right page, and not the posts on it.
