    My blog template and default template appear correctly in the page edit field but are reversed on my website

    my blog page looks like the static home page
    my home page looks like the 'default template'

    *After checking my style css file, I see that the
    the front page is built as 'main page template'
    the blog page is built as 'blog page template'
    the no frills page is built as 'default page template'

    'main page template' is not listed in the new/edit page menu at all!

    can anyone help?!? I will do a quick fix if possible. I am a beginner, but quick learner. I bought this as a premium theme. The vendor has given me two other replacement themes for free but I want this one to work. Its the best for my needs.

    The themes are declared in the actual template file. Go through your files and see if you can find the template file for each one. The beginning of a template page will always begin with something like this

     * Template Name: Blog Page

    It could be something as easy as someone accidentally swapped the template names.
