Beginner in wordpress and learning it with twentyeleven theme in local mode under EasyPhp i would like to know how to use a template page to define my own form for some pages.
What i'm asking here is a kind of check list or a step by step principle.
As a first step i've found how to create an empty new page .From there i've a lot of question hence this post.
For example what about the CSS file ? i read that WordPress use only one CSS file .Does that means that i can't create a CSS file for a specific page ? if true i must adapt the existing one isn't ? So how to define the header of my new page and call the get_header(); ? May i named it Header_1 and call it by get_header_1(); ?
Which others files must be created or adapted ?

Thanks in advance and sorry for such basic functions

I suggest you have a read of this about page templates: http://codex.wordpress.org/Pages#Page_Templates

The Codex is the best place for information and learning about how WordPress works.

    http://codex.wordpress.org/Function_Reference/get_header

you can have as many stylesheests as you need; or you can use the body_class output to style your page templates http://codex.wordpress.org/Function_Reference/body_class

as for working with Twenty Eleven, please don't edit the theme directly, but create a child theme to work with http://codex.wordpress.org/Child_Themes

an unedtied default theme is important in case of problems; and a child theme will help to keep customisations which will otherwise be overwritten with the next upgrade of your wordpress version.
