Page Tabs Not Showing Up in All Browsers

It appears that one of my page tabs (“FORUM”) on my website is not showing up on Safari browser among others, but showing up on FireFox and IE. I have gotten the complaint from a lot of members who state that the tab has disappeared on their end. I have no clue why an entire page tab is not displayed when viewed from one browser type where it does on other. I am using the BRAVIS theme which is up-to-date.
PS: I also ran my site through this website http://browsershots.org/ which captures any website from a various list of browsers on different operating systems.
