page tabs

New at all of this and very frustrated. Ok, I have a site planvegetablegarden.com which I got some help setting up. Anyway the privacy policy which is a page does not show up across the tabs on top. I wanted to add a terms of use page and did so but now I have a new tab up top for it and want it removed.

How do I do that EASILY???
