I can view the first level of stats, but when I click on a page's little graph icon to view page stats, I receive "You do not have sufficient permissions to access this page."

What is your domain name?
What is an example URL for on one of the pages where you see the error? Something like the following?
http://example.com/wp-admin/admin.php?page=stats&view=post&post=227
Go your blog dashboard → Jetpack, then find the "WordPress.com Stats" box and click the "Configure" button in that box. Can you verify what is checked in the "Report visibility" section?
Do you have any plugins installed that affect WordPress roles?
Domain is test.incredibleconcepts.com.au
An example URL where I received the error is http://test.incredibleconcepts.com.au/wp-admin/admin.php?page=stats&view=post&post=95
I now no longer receive this error after upgrading to Jet Pack 2.2
So, all working okay now.
