Page registration

Hey everyone, I was curious if anyone knows of a registration plug in that you can add to a page. What I am trying to achieve is that when a user goes to the “press page” they fill out a small registration form that then directs them to another page. But the registration info is stored on the back end some how.

If anyone knows I would appreciate the info.
