   Since updating to 2.6, the page numbering on my site's posts skips with every post -- sometimes by 2, and sometimes by 3 numbers:
   http://www.religionnewsblog.com/

   I use this custom permalink structure:
   /%post_id%/%postname%

   I'm also having the same behaviour. I use flickr and Ecto to post and only once or twice per week I use the Admin page to write. Both from flickr and ecto the system is skipping numbers and this is not happening when you use hte web interface.
