page not viewing in internet explorer

When I open my website, http://www.stephenhoggonline.co.uk, on firefox, chrome or safari it opens fine. however, when anyone tries to open it on internet explorer, the header, links are not available. All you can see is the text on the opening page and cannot navigate around the website. is there any way to make it work on all formats?
