Page not loading correctly.

I just signed up to host with dreamhost and when I do the one-click install of wordpress, it does not load properly. It installs it just fine but no theme is loading just the text. I’ve research to see if other have the problem but didn’t find anything. My site url is http://www.josephsurla.com take a look at it and help me out. Thanks.
