   Hi Guys,

   Tagging a post with chinese characters when writing a post will automatically create the slug like this:
   %e5%8d%b0%e5%b0%bc
   which it means 印尼 (indonesia)

   When click the tag cloud widget, the link will be like this:
   http://.../index.php/tag/%e5%8d%b0%e5%b0%bc

   but wordpress always report page not found.

   Any hints to fix it?

   Hi a9603801,

   Did you ever find a solution to this? I am having the same problem. When Chinese tags are added to posts, WordPress automatically gives them a chinese slug as well. Unfortunately, when trying to view the results for that tag, it reports that the page is not found.

   WP 2.9.1
   PHP5
   Apache

   Anyone else have a solution for this?
