"Page Not Found" on Permalink

First off, thanks for the awesome plugin! On the verge of upgrading to pro, but wanted to make sure we could flush out a couple of things first on the sites we are using it on.

Here are the issues I am currently having:

1. “Page Not Found” in Title Tag – lpasouth.org/events/
When you visit that page, you’ll notice the title tag says “Page Not Found”. However, if you visit the “Next Month” or “Previous Month” the title tags seem to work fine (even when returning to the current month)

2. Something is breaking the layout – http://lpasouth.org/events/2013-07/
You’ll notice the footer isn’t seated correctly. This only appears on pages containing the event calendar or event information. Something in the code seems to be leaving an open DIV.

3. Layout breaks more when no events are listed – http://lpacentral.org/events/
Same issue as above, but you’ll notice the calendar itself begins to break when no events are present.

Any advice on how to correct these issues?
