    Delete the .htaccess file in /wp-content/ folder, or write a filter in the .htaccess file that allows traffic to that URL. Either way, your site is locked down and is not allowing direct access to the plugin’s reply ajax call.

    I don’t have htaccess in wp-content.

    I’m not sure what your are saying with: “your site is locked down and is not allowing direct access to the plugin’s reply ajax call.”
