Page not displayed correctly over proxy (3 posts)

Hello, I tried to search here and on google but I could not find a solution...
I have a problem with my site not displaying correctly on client side.
They are using proxy and it looks like it is not loading any style nor script for them.

The page has been validated on w3c and works fine anywhere else without the proxy.
I've used Artisteer to create the style, and here is the list of plugins:
    All in One SEO Pack
Google XML Sitemaps with Multisite support
    No Comments On Pages
    Quick Cache
    TS Custom Widgets
    WP Quick Contact Form

I assume they have no problems with other sites just mine. Could it have something to do with the Quick Cache plugin?

    The url is: http://www.celnideklaracebrno.cz/
Here is the screenshot how the page looks on the client side:

I'm quite new to webdesign so maybe it is some trivial problem I'm not aware of...
Can someone please advice what to do?
    Thanks!

    Hmm still not solved.
Spent another hours googling, might be something to do with their proxy settings for relative paths as the css and javascript is not loaded but images which use absolute path are ok...

I've read some posts about configuring specific proxy host & port somewhere in the wp settings, but I'm not very sure how as the other posts were dealing with different issues and different versions of wordpress.

Tried different settings, versions of wordpress and turning off widgets. No difference so it must be in proxy settings of the client. But I have no access to it so I guess the only way would be to somehow specify it in wp settings.
