My pages appear fine and are functional, but they never finish loading - the spinner keeps spinning and the info bar at the bottom shows that one item hasn't loaded.
I know that the problem is in the theme (I've tried other themes and it's fine. Just to be sure, I deactivated all the plugins - same problem. I also updated everything). What I don't know is how to figure out what in the the theme is causing the problem. I really don't want to change themes!
Thanks in advance.

You are trying to use .tiff files/images on your pages which won't help (.tiff files are unsuitable for web use - stick to .jpg,.gif or .png).

Thanks you!!! That's the last time I link from FB! I didn't even remember it was there, and couldn't see it because it didn't load. Did you find it in "view source"?
Esmi - I could use some advice on that. tiff is the only format that will show up! I had to convert all my .jpgs and others to tiff - otherwise I just get a big blank space where I loaded the image with a nice little question mark in a box. Suggestions welcome!

It sounds like GD Library may not be properly configured on your server. I recommend contacting your hosting provider about that.

OK - I'll ask them now. Thanks!

Well, I talked to MacHighway and they say there's no problem with the GD Library.
I should probably make this a new question.
Have you removed/deactivated all facebook plugins & links?

Well, I think so. I have a link to the site listed in the "my website" part of my profile, but it's not one of facebook "share" things. The only time I ever did that was the charity link.

I mean, the tribeofadmins.com link is listed in my facebook profile.
Have you removed that charity link. That was the link that was continually running.

Yes - as soon as James told me it was there. You get that this is the same issue we're discussing on another post, right? That I can only load TIFFs? The slow run was solved as soon as I removed that link.
