   I have a problem where navigation bar for pages (ex: Home about contact) won't show up.

   Description: The theme I'm using is Premium news by woo theme.
   I've tried deactivating all plug-in and it won't still work.

   Here is the probably the problem in header.php

   Funny thing is, this script works on the other website.
   The navigation bar shows up.

   just go to
   dashboard - appearance - menus
   set up your own menu
