Page Missing after slider code freshasfrankie.com

Hello I need help I tried to enter code to use a slider. I went into apperance and edit and put the code in and now I cant log into my page. I went to godaddy and deleted the page and installed the page again but there is still nothing there. Can a admin please help. freshasfrankie.com
