   I am using WordPress 3.1 and my Page menu bar is really off
   and i need to customize it to images by my create

   (i haven't used or tested this plugin; not sure if it will work with dropdown, or in Twenty Ten)

   and maybe general web search for 'lavalamp menu'

   all i need to do is change appearance of the drop down menu
   to be more nice

   i tired Pure CSS menu creator site to create anther menu

   but i dont know where i should put the images and HTML in ZIP file

   Alcymyth gave you the correct answer.

   The menu on the site you linked is using a JavaScript menu, using a script called "lavalamp".

   That menu might be possible in CSS, using CSS3 transitions/animations, but you're probably better off finding out how to get/use the lavalamp script if you want to recreate that menu.

   AS i told , its difficult to me figure out CSS Codes
   but i just need to optimize the menu and forget lavalamp menu
