My internet connection is OK, everything seems fine in hosting server as well. My hosting support said they did not find any problem in my site. However I am frequently getting page load and connection time out error. The problem persists for about 10 minutes and it starts working itself.

Well, your site is restricted and protected by a password, so we really can't help you there, but it is possible that a plugin is causing the problem or perhaps something in you theme, or even an image or media file embedded in a post.

First, deactivate all plugins. If this resolves the issue, reactivate each one individually until you find the cause.

If that didn't work, switch to the Default theme for a while. If this resolves the issue, then at least we know it's theme-specific.

    Thank you mac,
Is it possible that my internet service provider is blocking the website? Actually I called some people at different location and asked them to open the site, they also said it was working.

Could you plz kindly help me checking my site for any serious coding error? I would really appreciate that.

Well, you have 155 validation errors, but I doubt they're causing your problem:

    http://validator.w3.org/check?uri=http%3A%2F%2Fbbcnepalidrama.com%2F&charset=(detect+automatically)&doctype=Inline&group=0

Your problem could be caused by a number of things, including but not limited to, a lousy internet connection (your ISP), an unreliable server (your hosting provider), or even something as simple as a plugin or a theme, but since you won't follow the suggestions that I made earlier, I suppose the point is moot.
