page links to plugin only works from home page

    Hello,

    i have installed the page links to plugin, making a tab in my menu bar link to another url. Unfortunately, this only works from the home page, and not on the other pages when the menu bar appears.

    My url is http://www.spectrumfit.net

    the tab in question is under contacts – free consultation.

    any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!
