   I'm looking at Manage Pages, and I don't see the page ID anywhere.
   Where do I find it?

   Look at the link for the page under manage pages. It will look something like /wp-admin/page.php?action=edit&post=39 and the number at the end is you ID.

   Personally I think it was silly to remove it as there is plenty of room for another row in that table. When in Manage Pages hover your mouse over a page name and look at the URL in your browser's status bar at the bottom of the page.
