   Hi,
   I'm fairly new to wordpress so I'm probably getting bowled over by something pretty simple. Basically, I'm using a theme I purchased to build a site for someone, http://pr.bluebarnacles.co.uk

   The problem, as you can probably see, is that every link from there, and from the wp dashboard, has ?page_id=2 at the beginning of the directory tree, which results in a 404 page, not surprisingly. When manually removed from the URL, it works fine and leads to exactly where it should.

   Any help with this problem would be greatly appreciated, and if you need any more information feel free to ask,

   As this is a commercial theme, we cannot really help. You need to seek support from the theme vendors. You can confirm that it's a theme issue by temporarily switching to Twenty Eleven to see if that resolves the problem.

   EDIT: after a bit more trawling through the settings, I've managed to solve the problem. Thanks for your help
