I can point you in roughly the right direction….

In your templates you could use the WordPress get_posts function – see the example here:
http://codex.wordpress.org/Template_Tags/get_posts

You can use this to get all the posts that have a location like this:

$posts = get_posts( array(
	'numberposts'  => -1],
	'meta_key'     => WPGEO_LATITUDE_META,
	'meta_value'   => '',
	'meta_compare' => '!='
) );
