Page Error With Quotation Symbol

    Hello,
    I have a website (http://radio.ufscar.br) and when I have the quotation symbol (“”) in any text of my posts, I get the following error message:

    “Fatal error: Call to undefined function mb_decode_numericentity() in /usr/local/www/apache22/data/radio/wp-content/plugins/nextgen-facebook/nextgen-facebook.php on line 1599”

    What should I do?

    PS: I’ve got the debug mode activated now.

    I have another problem too. This message keeps showing at my index page:

    Warning: session_start() [function.session-start]: Cannot send session cache limiter – headers already sent (output started at /usr/local/www/apache22/data/radio/wp-content/plugins/nextgen-facebook/nextgen-facebook.php:214) in /usr/local/www/apache22/data/radio/wp-content/themes/hades/header.php on line 8

    Can you help me with this too?

    Is your PHP too old maybe?
