Hi! I have a problem...
Some time ago I created a wordpress site, but somehow I can't manage the homepage of my site. It just isn't in my pageslist in the admin tool... :S
It does show up online, showing a "Sorry, but you are looking for something that isn't here" - message...
All the other pages I added work just fine.
Does anyone know how to solve this problem?
Thanks in advance :)
If you go to dashboard -> settings -> reading does it say front page displays your latest posts? If so, there isn't a specific page for home as it is displaying excerpts of your latest posts rather than a single page.
By default your Home page is your blog page and any posts will come on this page.
If You want to have Static Home page then you will need create a Home page and add your content and publish.
For blog page you need to create a blank page name it what ever you want and publish.
Click on Settings >>>Reading and select Static Page
Front Page select Home
Post page Select the blank page you created
and save now you will have Home page that is static and blog page that will have all your blog posts.
