    Hi,

    Suppost I have a page that is linked from the homepage, and I want that the content in this page will be automatically changed every day, meaning all the content will be somewhere in the database but not displayed and every day that same page (I must have it to be at the same link) will display specified content for that day.
    Is there a way with or without plugins and/or js and or hphp to do it?

    Thanks,
    Maor

    query_post('orderby=rand&showposts=1');

    See template tag, query_posts()

    Thanks Michael, but that's not what I looked for.
    I need a way that lets say I have a pull of 365 short messages, each for a day in the year, that I want them to show up in the same page link (ie: http://www.mysite.com/dailysentence) - every day there will in that page another sentence, instead of the one of the previous day. I look for a way to automate it and not enter each day to the page and change the text.

    Thanks

    Yes, write the code to pull the data yourself..

    If you're asking if there are functions that can pull data from databases other then the WordPress database, as far as i know, No...

    Can you pull data from another table in the same database, Yes...

    If you have data and you just need help extracting it, then you'll need to give a clear (and accurate) example of the structure of the data you wish to retrieve..
