Hey everyone...I'm trying to find how to clear out the white background behind my posts and sidebar areas. Essentially, I'd like to have a transparent background there, where my text would "float" over the main background of the page (graph paper design).

I can't find out how to get rid of the #fff background color!

Site is http://www.fundamentaldesigns.net and ANY help is much much much appreciated!

if you are looking to get rid of all the backgrounds, wouldn't you just scan through your style.css file and remove any background styling there?

you may not be looking for a background color either....you may be looking for a repeated image....

That's the thing...I looked through my CSS file and found those specific elements and they don't have any background styles applied. That's why I'm so confused. :)

    oh...

#page { background: url("http://www.fundamentaldesigns.net/wp-content/themes/Fundamental Designs/Images/FDbg-ltr.jpg") repeat-y top; border: none; } is hardcoded into your header, that is controlling it I believe
