   A client is publishing a monthly magazine using wordpress.
   It follows the same format every month.

   Is there a way to or a plugin that will duplicate the page AND all child-pages into a new draft?

   I've tried MM Duplicate, Post Duplicate and the free version of Post Templates but none of them can do the sub-pages as well.

   Any suggestions?

   Found this... http://wordpress.org/extend/plugins/duplicate-post/ -- Going to try it and see if it works.
