I'm using 2.6.2 and I've seen a lot of WordPress blogs that instead of "?cat=1" in the URL it says the name of the category. I want to be able to do this with my blog with categories and especially pages in my blog. How can I do this?

Second, you can do this by following the instructions on the codex.
