Page Analysis Not Working

    Error message:

    Your hosting environment does not support PHP’s Document Object Model. To enjoy all the benefits of the page analysis feature, you’ll need to (get your host to) install it.

    I have searched and searched for the answer to this, but the answers are either too technical or “reboot the server”. Given this is on a shared host, the latter suggestion is not likely to happen.
    I have contacted the host but they say:Can you please let me know the server side parameters that need to be changed for the efficient working of the plugin so that I can assist you better?
