Packing Option Question

    Hi Vlad,

    There are actually 3 packing options: Global, Per Product, and Per Product Option.

    Global settings get entered in the Carrier settings box.

    If you select Per Product or Per Product Option, you’ll see a section where you can create package elements (Name, width, height, length). You’ll then have to go to the Product Entry form for each product and assign the correct package name in the drop-down that gets created there.

    If you selected Per Product, the drop-down is near the ‘Stock’ checkbox. If you selected Per Product Option, there will be one drop-down at the end of each product option.
