p2p converter permalinks and google

Hello,

I have a question about the plugin “P2P Converter”.

Does this plugin redirect the post/page if the permalinks changes?

My standard permalink is now http://www.example.com/posttitle

So for example: If i change my post to an subpage do i lose my google ranking for that post? The permalink changes from
http://www.example.com/posttitle to http://www.example.com/headpagetitle/subpagetitle
