   Is it still possible to use the P2 theme combined with standard WordPress "big posts" in a hybrid fashion? I'm interested in the P2 concept but I wouldn't want to lose the ability to post "normal", lengthy blog entries.

   The P2 theme doesn't remove the ability to post regular, lengthy entries. I've tried it on my journal, and while it was not the look I was going for, it did look stylish.

   Independent of P2, I achieve what (I think) you're aiming for by having two classes of posts: Normal, lengthy entries (standard WordPress posts) and tidbits (pulled from my twitter-like feed). I then theme these classes posts differently when displaying them.

   Yeah, I think you're right. I'm going to have a play around with P2 anyway, but a tweaked standard WP might be better for our needs. Thanks!

   P2 even has an option to enable post titles for unique titles - the ones that are not auto generated. Look under Appearance -> Prologue Options

   Noel, I don't see that option in P2 1.0.3

   No Appearance -> Prologue Options in fact.

   Sorry, that option appears in P2 1.04
